Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Performance Tester, your responsibilities will include:
- Software Quality Assurance: Working as a Software Engineer – QA, you will contribute to the overall quality of our products.
- Product Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the product under test to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Test Case Development: Write, review, and maintain test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Test Execution: Execute test cases and meticulously document test results, ensuring thorough test coverage.
- Bug Reporting: Identify and file bugs for issues found during testing, providing clear and detailed information to facilitate resolution.
- Bug Verification: Verify the resolution of reported bugs to ensure they have been successfully addressed.
- Testing Types: Perform a variety of testing types, including Sanity, Feature, Regression, Performance, and Load testing.
Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in performance testing and manual testing.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in writing and reviewing test cases.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
