As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications through comprehensive testing. If you have 3-6 years of experience in manual testing, specifically in mobile apps testing and API testing, and possess skills in tools like Postman and Charles proxy, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of mobile applications to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
- Perform API testing to ensure proper integration and functionality with backend systems.
- Utilize tools like Postman and Charles proxy to enhance the testing process.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on project specifications.
- Document defects using appropriate defect tracking tools and methodologies.
- Analyze test results, identify patterns, and provide detailed reports to the development team.
- Participate in test result analysis and provide feedback to improve the software quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mobile app testing methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills required:
- 3-6 years of experience in manual testing, specifically in mobile apps testing and API testing.
- Proficiency in using tools like Postman and Charles proxy for testing purposes.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and methodologies.
