Primary Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Full Stack QA Engineer at Redian Software Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of mobile applications. You will be responsible for testing mobile applications using scripts for react/native applications and leveraging Appium for mobile test automation. Your expertise in Agile Methodology and Automation Frameworks will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Mobile Application Testing:
    • Perform end-to-end testing of mobile applications to ensure functionality and user experience meet requirements.
    • Design and execute test cases for react/native mobile applications.
  2. Appium:
    • Utilize Appium for mobile test automation to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
    • Develop and maintain Appium test scripts for various mobile platforms.
  3. Agile Methodology:
    • Work in an Agile development environment and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
    • Collaborate with the development team and product owner to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  4. Automation Framework:
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the mobile test automation framework.
    • Implement automation best practices to optimize testing efficiency.
  5. Defect Reporting and Tracking:
    • Identify, document, and report defects using established defect tracking systems.
    • Work with the development team to verify defect fixes.
  6. Test Documentation:
    • Prepare comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and test data.
    • Maintain clear and concise documentation of test results and findings.
  7. Cross-Platform Testing:
    • Conduct testing on various mobile platforms, including iOS and Android, to ensure platform compatibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in mobile application testing, with a focus on react/native mobile applications.
  • Strong expertise in Appium for mobile test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology and experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Proficiency in developing and using automation frameworks for mobile testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
