Job Summary: Aristocrat Technologies, a renowned leader in the gaming industry, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manual + White Box Tester to join our talented team at our Gurgaon location. As a Manual + White Box Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our gaming products and software. You will be responsible for both manual testing of various features and functionalities and conducting white box testing to assess the impact of code changes and identify potential areas for testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in product testing and a deep understanding of the gaming domain.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements, design specifications, and code changes.
Conduct manual testing of gaming products, applications, and features to ensure they meet high-quality standards and are free from defects.
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for both manual and white box testing.
Perform white box testing to review code changes, understand their impact, and identify potential testing requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate defect tracking systems.
Work closely with developers to explain and demonstrate defects and assist in their resolution.
Analyze test results, provide feedback to the development team, and ensure that issues are addressed promptly.
Collaborate with the QA team to continually improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
Participate in test planning and estimation activities to ensure efficient and effective testing execution.
Ensure the overall quality and integrity of the gaming products and contribute to delivering an outstanding gaming experience to our customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4 to 8 years of proven experience in product testing within the gaming domain.
Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test case design, and test execution.
In-depth knowledge of white box testing techniques and the ability to review code changes.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#.
Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze code changes and assess their impact on testing.
Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
