As part of our growth plans, we are currently seeking an experienced and talented Lead QA professional to join our team in Noida Sector 57.

Job Overview: As a Lead QA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Your strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, combined with your ability to work independently in a techno-functional environment, will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly learn new areas, identify and prioritize testing work related to new features and enhancements.
  • Work independently in a techno-functional environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Develop and establish QA measures and testing standards for new applications and products.
  • Efficiently execute test cases, publish test reports, and coordinate with product/project stakeholders to communicate test results and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain a quality-focused mindset, consistently striving to raise the bar on quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure effective and efficient bug resolution and continuous improvement in the product quality.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process, methodologies, and tools.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in software QA roles, with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage QA activities in a techno-functional environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of test planning, test case design, and test execution methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Experience in coordinating with product/project stakeholders and effectively communicating test results.
  • Proven ability to establish QA measures and testing standards for new applications and products.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and collaborator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.

Preferences:

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File Server, and SQL is an advantage.
  • Always striving to understand and contribute to the big picture.
