Job Responsibilities:
– Take ownership of the product quality and ensure bug-free deployments
– Write required test documentation before and after testing
– Perform testing activities adhering to the process
– Understand user needs and predict expected product behavior

– Join a daily scrum, share your plan for the day, and highlight blockers
– Perform test scenarios, update results in Confluence
– Reach out to the business or tech team for help or clarification
– Track and update work on JIRA
– Join weekly sprint reviews or retrospectives
– Prioritize tasks based on bandwidth and confidence
Pre-Requisite Experience with:
– Manual Testing
– Ability to work independently as a tester
– Ability to write effective and crisp test documentation
– Familiarity with SDLC, TDD, test planning, creating & executing test strategies
– Solid communication and comprehension of user needs, product behavior, and bugs
– Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Postman
