Job Description:

As a Manual Tester at Alphawizz Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in verifying the functionality, usability, and quality of our software applications. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of testing activities, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing: Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts. Verify software functionality and document test results.
Test Case Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective and thorough test cases. Ensure coverage of functional, regression, and performance testing.
Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Test Execution: Execute test cases and test plans to validate software functionality and usability. Document and report test results accurately.
Usability Testing: Assess the user-friendliness and usability of software applications to ensure a positive user experience.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to verify that software changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Communication: Effectively communicate test progress, findings, and issues to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

2+ Years of Experience: You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on software quality assurance.
Manual Testing Skills: Proficiency in manual testing methodologies, test case design, and test execution.
Defect Management: Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
