Job Description: As a Manual Tester at QuickSun Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for conducting manual testing, writing test cases, and collaborating with the development team to identify and report defects. Additionally, your expertise in SQL queries and API testing will be valuable in executing test scenarios effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing on various software applications, including web-based, desktop, and mobile applications. Ensure that software products meet quality standards and user expectations.
Test Case Development: Create and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements, user stories, and design documents.
Defect Identification and Reporting: Document and report defects, issues, and inconsistencies clearly and accurately. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
SQL Queries: Utilize your SQL skills to perform database testing, execute complex queries, and validate data integrity within the applications.
API Testing: Conduct API testing to verify the functionality and performance of APIs. Collaborate with developers to ensure API endpoints are working as expected.
Automation (Added Advantage): If you have experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our automation efforts.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in manual testing.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and conducting database testing.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with API testing and the ability to work with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of automation testing (Selenium or similar) is an added advantage.
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Environment: This position is based in our Gurugram office, and the selected candidate will work from the office location mentioned above.
