Position Overview: As a Manual Tester at Ishttaa Techcraft, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and applications. You will be responsible for developing test plans, test scripts, test cases, and executing both manual and automated test cases. Additionally, you will collaborate with the development team to track, log, and resolve defects.

- Manual Testing: Perform manual product and application testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans that outline the scope, objectives, and approach of the testing process.
- Test Script Development: Create and maintain test scripts and test cases to effectively cover various scenarios.
- Test Execution: Execute both automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality.
- Defect Tracking: Log and track defects identified during testing, and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
- Issue Reproduction: Reproduce customer-reported problems in the local testing environment to identify root causes.
- Bugs Documentation: Update all identified bugs and issues in the tracking tool for clear communication and resolution tracking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment between testing and development efforts.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in various test development and design methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL for database testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive, and adaptable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
