Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing Expertise: Leverage your 2+ years of testing experience to conduct comprehensive manual testing across various projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage testing activities across multiple projects, especially those with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization structure.
  • Dynamics CE/CRM Testing: Experience in Dynamics CE/CRM testing will be an added advantage, as you contribute to ensuring the quality of these critical systems.
  • Test Planning: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly assess software functionality.
  • Defect Tracking: Utilize your expertise to track defects and work collaboratively with development teams to facilitate their resolution.
  • Automated Testing: If applicable, contribute to automated testing efforts, leveraging your experience in test automation.
  • Functional Test Planning: Oversee functional test planning and execution activities, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Test Management Tools: Utilize tools such as Jira, Xray Test Management, or related Jira plug-ins for defect tracking and test management.
  • CRM/ERP Exposure: Bring your exposure to quality assurance projects focused on CRM/ERP software to ensure the highest level of software quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Tester, with a strong foundation in quality assurance principles.
  • Proficiency in managing testing across multiple projects, including those with complex functional domains.
  • Experience in Dynamics CE/CRM testing is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to develop test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
  • Strong skills in managing functional test planning and execution activities.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools, including Jira and Xray Test Management.
  • Exposure to quality assurance in projects focusing on CRM/ERP software is desirable.
