Position: Manual Tester
Location: Mumbai
Highntall Technologies, a reputable IT solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in manual testing and domain knowledge in Claims, Branch Ops, Annuity & Loan to contribute to the success of our testing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of Test Profile and test concept for different projects within the assigned domains.
- Planning and controlling the testing activities, including the estimation of test effort and resources required.
- Coordinate test case creation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test scenarios and test cases.
- Coordinate test execution and manage test resources effectively.
- Set up and carry out deviation management in test projects, including documenting interim and final results.
- Ability to write test documentation, such as test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- System knowledge of Life Asia of Policy Servicing Transactions within the assigned domains.
- Understand Business Requirement Specification (BRS) or Business Requirement Document (BRD) and align test scenarios accordingly.
- Skilled at testing processes and methodologies, following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure a smooth testing process.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong domain knowledge in Claims, Branch Ops, Annuity & Loan.
- Proficiency in creating test profiles and test concepts for various projects within the assigned domains.
- Experience in planning and controlling testing activities, including effort estimation and resource management.
- Excellent coordination skills to facilitate test case creation and test execution.
- Knowledge of deviation management in test projects, including documentation of results.
- Ability to write clear and concise test documentation, such as test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- Familiarity with Life Asia of Policy Servicing Transactions system.
- Understanding of Business Requirement Specification (BRS) or Business Requirement Document (BRD) for effective test scenario alignment.
- Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
