Manual Test Lead | Hyderabad

Job Description:

As a Manual Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the manual testing efforts, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the testing team, manage test activities, and provide guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Management:
   • Lead the manual testing team and manage test activities to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
   • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct thorough manual testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality and performance.
   • Review and validate test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Mentor and guide the testing team, providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.
   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Defect Management:
   • Report and track defects using defect tracking tools.
   • Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and verify defect fixes.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies.
   • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manual testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Manual Test Lead or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with defect tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
