Position: Manual Database Tester
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 20 days max

Technical Skills:
- Primary: Manual testing, SQL, Database Testing/Tester
- Secondary: Experience in working with large datasets and multiple applications
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Database Testing: Conduct comprehensive manual testing of databases to validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and assist in defining comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Test Execution: Execute test cases and scenarios to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues in the database.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and execute SQL queries to verify data manipulation and retrieval.
- Data Validation: Validate data across multiple applications and ensure data consistency and synchronization.
- Test Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and test procedures for future reference.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and track issues to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of testing activities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the database meets the required quality standards and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on database testing.
- Database Testing: Strong expertise in database testing concepts and methodologies.
- SQL: Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Data Analysis: Experience in working with large datasets and data analysis.
- Test Documentation: Strong documentation skills to maintain detailed test cases and test results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate testing results and collaborate with team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot database-related issues effectively.
