Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 5 to 8 years of experience to lead QA efforts and ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Selenium with Java to develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for web applications.
  • Showcase your proficiency in Manual Testing to thoroughly evaluate the functionality and performance of software products.
  • Leverage your experience in Test Plan and Test Strategy development to establish effective testing methodologies.
  • Utilize your leadership skills to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and insights.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in QA engineering roles.
  • Expertise in Selenium with Java for web application testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Manual Testing, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Hands-on experience in Test Plan and Test Strategy development.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies, with a minimum of 4 years of Agile experience.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and communicate defects effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for team collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
