• About the Role:
• Test the overall product and ensure the best customer experience.
• Conduct manual, and semi-automated testing for releases.
• Test and document key all releases.
• Manage detected issues and check for timely delivery of bug fixes with the team.
• API Testing – schema, parameters, authentication, etc.
• Write test cases and test plans and update them as the product progresses.

About You:

• 1-3 years of QA experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good level of knowledge in different forms of testing such as black box and grey box.
• Prior experience with writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Have an eye for spotting functional and usability issues.
• Have familiarity with Rest APIs, JavaScript, and cURL.
• Familiarity with Jira, Bugzilla or any other bug tracking tool.
• Understanding and experience with Git command.
• Experience in Trail or any other test management tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman, SoapUI or any other equivalent tool.
• Care about the customer experience and strive to ensure high quality.
• Experience in Performance testing using Jmeter will be nice to have.
• Team player and self-starter.
