Job Description
- Test Planning: Assist in creating test plans, strategies, and test cases for mobile and web applications based on project requirements.
- Manual Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and compatibility of applications across different platforms.
- Functional Testing: Perform functional testing to verify that the application meets the specified requirements and user expectations.
- Agile Methodology: Work closely with Agile development teams to integrate testing activities within sprint cycles and ensure timely delivery.
- Mobile and Web Application Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing across various mobile devices and browsers to ensure optimal performance.
- API Testing: Perform API testing to validate communication and integration between different software systems.
- Defect Tracking: Document and track defects using appropriate tools, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues effectively.
- Regression Testing: Execute regression tests to ensure that new functionalities do not adversely affect existing features.
- Reporting: Generate detailed test reports, including test results, coverage, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualification and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing and quality assurance.
- Agile Methodology: Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile development and testing methodologies.
- Mobile and Web Testing: Proficient in testing mobile applications (Android/iOS) and web applications across different browsers.
- API Testing: Experience in API testing tools and methods to ensure seamless communication between systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
