In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development and execution of automated testing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality assurance processes and driving the adoption of automation best practices across the organization. This is an individual contributor role who will provide technical guidance, mentor team members and develop quality automation strategies and standards for Conversational AI voicebot and chatbot solutions.

  • focus on our customers. As a Lead Quality Automation Engineer, you are responsible for:
  • Mentor and guide quality automation engineers in the design, implementation and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scripts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive automated test plans, test cases and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance and security
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and continuously enhance the test coverage and efficiency of the automation framework
  • Mentor team members, provide technical guidance and foster a culture o continuous learning and improvement
  • Analyze test results, track defects and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends and technologies related to quality assurance and test automation
  • Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and deployment processes

About You

Technical Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in multiple languages such as Java, C++, Python or JavaScript
  • Expert experience with test automation tools like CYARA, Selenium, Appium, Junit, TestNG, etc
  • Knowledge of version control systems (eg Git), CI/CD pipelines and SAFe development methodologies
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and practices
  • Has deep expertise in building testing strategies covering the integration of all applications and product bundles in ensuring functionality and performance meets (or exceeds) market and customer expectations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Contact Center Technologies (Telecom, Voice Self Service (IVR + Conversational AI), Case Management, Workforce Management, RPA) is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years experience designing, implementing and maintaining automated test frameworks and test scripts
