InkPaper.AI is looking for passionate customer success executive who will passionately drive the product marketing and customer success. You will be working with our customer success team based out of Gurugram, India and collaborating closely with our team in NY, Austin, and Silicon Valley, USA.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of engineers to develop our flagship AI-powered InkPaper Platform.
- Collaborate and work closely with the customers, design, sales, and marketing teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be responsible for the overall architecture and all codebase for InkPaper.ai

You have:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in full stack development in a reputed B2B SAAS company, preferably contract lifecycle management company (e.g. Pandadoc, Ironclad, Docusign, Zoho, Cloudcherry, Spot Draft etc)
- Experience in the following tech stack: JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, Python, Django, REST API, MySQL, Google Cloud
- Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and experience managing one database (MySQL, PostgresSQL, etc)
- Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (or AWS)
- Strong experience and/or expertise in building customized text editors
- Strong experience with Python data analysis libraries
- Experience and/or expertise in building No-Code platforms
- Experience leading a small team of engineers in an agile/scrum setup
Preferred additional qualifications:
- Experience in building integrations with third-party tools.
- Automated testing and data quality assurance experience
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience in working with a data scientists to build and/or deploy ML models to solve specific problems
- Experience in working with Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program (CSPP)
- Experience in a startup environment
- Experience in Blockchain and Web3 technologies
- Our ideal candidate has a solid software engineering background. You should be highly passionate for both frontend and backend technologies, have strong problem-solving skills, be able to understand customer problems and collaborate with the team to quickly implement solutions in an Agile environment. To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional and should play a significant role in building InkPaper Platforms. You should be able to work on stakeholder’s requirements and drive the products from ideation to deployment.
