Job Summary:
As a Software Tester at Vxplore Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with the development team, create comprehensive test plans, execute manual testing, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. Your efforts will contribute to delivering user-friendly and reliable software products to our clients.

- Collaborate with the development team and product managers to understand software requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases accordingly.
- Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify and report defects, as well as performance issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and detailed test reports.
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies, contributing to the enhancement of overall product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of reliable and user-friendly software products that meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, showcasing your technical foundation.
- Proven experience of 0-3 years as a Software Tester, with hands-on knowledge of manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- A strong understanding of software testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously identify and report software defects and issues.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools will be considered a plus, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

- This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
