Job Summary: As a Salesforce Developer at Xigoconnect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. You will work closely with the development team to implement scalable and robust solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure to Salesforce development while working on challenging projects.

a) Salesforce Development:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize and extend standard Salesforce functionality to meet specific client requirements.
b) Application Integration:
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
c) Code Optimization and Maintenance:
- Review and optimize existing code for performance and efficiency.
- Perform code maintenance and enhancements as required.
d) Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
e) Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct unit testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed components.
- Identify and debug issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
f) Documentation:
- Document design specifications, technical documentation, and test cases.
g) Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2023 & 2024 passed outs).
- 0-1 years of experience in Salesforce development or a relevant internship is a plus.
- Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certification.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
- Proficiency in Apex programming and Visualforce development.
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and related technologies.
- Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
