Position: Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Tester)
Location: Mumbai (Andheri-Marol Naka)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to ensure their quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
- Design and develop test cases and test plans based on project specifications and requirements.
- Execute test cases and document test results, including defects and issues found during testing.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, web testing, mobile testing, and other testing activities as required.
- Identify and report software defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects to determine their source and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper understanding of requirements and facilitate effective testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0 to 6 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with functional testing, regression testing, web testing, mobile testing, and test case management.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
