Job Description:

BatchMaster Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented and enthusiastic freshers to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. As a QA Fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

Testing: Conduct functional and regression testing on software applications to identify and report defects, ensuring that the software meets quality standards.
Test Case Design: Collaborate with senior QA team members to create comprehensive test cases and test plans based on software requirements and user stories.
Documentation: Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Bug Tracking: Use bug tracking tools to log, track, and manage defects throughout the testing process, ensuring timely resolution.
Automation: Learn and assist in the development of automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and issue resolution.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in QA and software testing.
Quality Assurance: Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/MCA or related field.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
