Position: Quality Analyst (Manual Testing)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test cases.
- Execute test cases and perform manual testing to identify defects, record findings, and ensure application functionality meets specified requirements.
- Use bug tracking tools to report issues, track their progress, and verify bug fixes.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and provide inputs for prioritizing and resolving issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of defects.
- Collaborate with automation testing teams to identify test cases suitable for automation.
- Continuously update testing documents, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, based on project requirements.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manual testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Passion for quality assurance and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools and test management systems.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services domain is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
