Position Overview: BlockTechBrew is seeking a Quality Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have received training in manual testing and are eager to gain practical experience in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our software products.
  • Document and track issues, defects, and enhancements using bug tracking tools.
  • Perform regression testing to verify that previously identified defects have been resolved.
  • Participate in test automation efforts and contribute to the development of automated test scripts.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce and isolate issues for faster resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the test documentation.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications:

  • Training in manual testing is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
