Position: Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing to identify defects and ensure the overall quality of our software products.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Engineer and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
- Review software requirements and design documents to provide input and ensure testability and quality.
- Utilize test management tools to track and manage test cases, defects, and test execution results.
- Assist in analyzing test results and providing clear and detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to investigate and reproduce reported defects and provide necessary information for debugging.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process improvements, tools, and techniques.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in software testing.
Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or entry-level professional looking to start a career in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic knowledge of test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.
- Familiarity with different types of testing, including functional and regression testing.
- Knowledge of test management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest trends in software testing.
