Position: QA Intern – Manual Testing

Position Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for freshers to join our team as QA Interns in Manual Testing. As a QA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in software testing and contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates from any discipline between 2019 and 2023 to kickstart their career in the field of manual testing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Test Planning: Collaborate with the QA team to understand project requirements and assist in developing test plans and test cases.
  2. Test Execution: Execute manual tests to identify defects and ensure that software applications meet quality standards. This includes performing functional, regression, and integration testing.
  3. Defect Reporting: Document and report defects using appropriate bug tracking tools. Provide clear and detailed information to assist in issue resolution.
  4. Test Documentation: Create and maintain test artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and test reports to ensure traceability and consistency.
  5. Test Environment Setup: Assist in setting up and configuring test environments and test data to simulate real-world scenarios.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, business analysts, and project managers to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest software testing methodologies and best practices. Actively participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Any graduate from 2019 to 2023 batches.
  2. Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies.
  3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate test results and collaborate with team members.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  5. Ability to work in a team environment and contribute effectively to team goals.
  6. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow in the field of manual testing.
  7. Familiarity with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA, is a plus.

  • This is an internship position.
