Position: Java Trainee Developer (Fresher)

Position Overview: Techwish, a rapidly growing IT solutions provider based in Hyderabad, is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Java Trainee Developers. As a Java Trainee Developer, you will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in Java development, with a focus on core Java, multi-threading, Spring, and Spring Boot. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have recently completed their B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA degrees between 2015 and 2020 to kickstart their careers in software development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Skill Development: Undergo rigorous training in Java programming, focusing on core Java concepts, multi-threading, and Spring framework. Acquire proficiency in Spring Boot for building robust and scalable applications.
  2. Application Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and solutions.
  3. Code Review and Debugging: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues to ensure application performance and reliability.
  4. Integration and Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and perform unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API documentation.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. Actively participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including senior developers and project managers, to ensure effective communication and efficient project delivery.
  8. Problem Solving: Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA graduates from 2015 to 2020 passouts.
  2. Freshers with a strong interest in Java development and a solid foundation in core Java concepts.
  3. Good understanding of multi-threading concepts and experience with concurrency in Java.
  4. Familiarity with the Spring framework and Spring Boot for building enterprise applications.
  5. Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  8. Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and programming languages.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
