Job Overview: As a Java Developer at Synchronoss Technologies, you will be part of our dynamic development team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java-based applications. Your primary role will involve utilizing your core Java and SQL skills to contribute to the creation of innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, code, test, and implement Java-based applications.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Java development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Communication Engineering, or MCA.
  • Graduates from the 2022 and 2023 batches are eligible to apply.
  • Minimum aggregate of 65% throughout the academic career.
  • Successful completion of Java training from a recognized and reputable training institute is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in Core Java concepts and object-oriented programming.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
  • Passion for software development and eagerness to learn and grow as a Java Developer.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
