As a Business Development Executive at Rishabh Software, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks that contribute to the company’s expansion and success. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactive Opportunity Identification: Actively seek out and qualify new, large-scale business opportunities, aligning them with Rishabh Software’s capabilities and services.
- Market Analysis and Offering Testing: Explore and analyze market offerings to identify potential gaps and areas where Rishabh Software’s services can provide value. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to design, implement, analyze, and deploy new business processes that enhance our competitive positioning.
- Efficient Deal Closure: Work closely with the BDM to rapidly and professionally close new business deals. Employ effective negotiation skills and a deep understanding of Rishabh Software’s services to secure new projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge of Rishabh Software’s service offerings. This will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients, prospects, and partners.
- Client Interaction: Respond to external clients, prospects, and partners in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain productive relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring accurate tracking and effective management of potential deals.
- Market Sector Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target market sector(s) assigned to you. This includes staying updated with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Demand Generation: Participate in demand generation activities such as seminars, exhibitions, and direct marketing initiatives, aligning with the company’s growth strategies.
- Partnership and Relationship Building: Build and maintain successful relationships with partners, leveraging collaborative opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and expand market intelligence to drive business forward. Stay informed about industry dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Supportive Collaboration: Undertake reasonable tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager to support business and market development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market offerings and identify potential business opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to professionally engage with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate complex IT solutions.
- Proactive and self-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Sound market research and analysis capabilities to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
