Key Responsibilities:

  1. Automation Opportunity Identification:
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand existing business processes.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement.
  2. Solution Design:
    • Participate in the design of RPA solutions by creating process flowcharts.
    • Identify key data elements and define logic for process automation.
  3. RPA Development:
    • Assist in developing RPA bots using tools like UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
    • Write, test, and maintain automation scripts.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough testing of developed RPA solutions.
    • Identify and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
  5. Production Monitoring:
    • Be responsible for monitoring automated processes in the production environment.
    • Take required action in case of any issues or failure.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with senior developers and project managers to ensure RPA solutions align with business objectives.
    • Suggest and implement improvements to existing RPA processes.
  7. Learning and Development:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies and best practices.
    • Internships, projects, or coursework related to AI/ML are a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • CGPA of 7 or above.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of programming languages such as C, Dot Net, Java, or Python.
  • Proficiency in database concepts.
  • Excellent logical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of fundamental concepts in RPA, AI, and ML is a plus.
  • Designed and developed any AI models in a final year project or intern project is an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • Interested candidates should be willing to attend a Face-to-Face interview (No virtual interview).
  • The role requires working in the office for 5 days a week (no remote option provided).
