Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive expertise in AWS and Kubernetes to join our team in Gurgaon. This role demands a minimum of 10 years of experience, with specific proficiency in AWS services, Kubernetes, and EKS. Candidates must hold an AWS Solution Architect – Associate certification and possess strong skills in cloud architecture and container orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- AWS Cloud Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS cloud environments.
- Optimize and ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AWS infrastructure.
- Kubernetes and EKS Management:
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters, specifically EKS.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and efficiency of Kubernetes deployments.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Automate provisioning and management of infrastructure components.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Monitor and optimize CI/CD workflows for efficiency and reliability.
- DevOps Best Practices:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance DevOps practices.
- Drive automation, efficiency, and reliability across development and deployment cycles.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps roles.
- Significant hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for at least 6 years.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Kubernetes for 6 years, including EKS for 3 years.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Certification:
- Mandatory certification as AWS Solution Architect – Associate.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, deployments, and operations.
- Hands-on experience with EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and related AWS services.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
