We are seeking a seasoned AWS DevOps professional with 10-14 years of experience to lead our DevOps initiatives in Gurgaon. Drive innovation, mentor teams, and ensure high availability and security of our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the DevOps team.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement DevOps strategies that align with business goals.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Automation and Optimization: Enhance automation and optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Ensure robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Security: Implement and enforce security practices across the infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between development, operations, and security teams.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Extensive AWS Knowledge: Deep understanding of AWS services and architecture.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring DevOps teams.
- DevOps Tools: Expertise with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Automation Mastery: Advanced scripting skills with Python, Bash, or similar.
- CI/CD Expertise: In-depth experience with CI/CD pipelines.
