Senior Associate – DevOps | Bengaluru | 4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Management: Own and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Databricks Environment Management: Oversee the lifecycle of Databricks environments to support data-driven decision-making.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Collaborate on the provisioning of infrastructure and automation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
• Application Monitoring and Observability: Design and implement application health dashboards and alerting systems in Azure Cloud.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and execute measures to optimize cloud infrastructure costs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• DevOps Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience in DevOps practices.
• Azure Proficiency: Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including AKS, Azure Storage, and Redis.
• Kubernetes and Docker: Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.
• CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in Jenkins, GitHub, and other CI/CD tools.
• Terraform: Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Automation Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Observability Tools: Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
• GitOps Tools: Familiarity with Helm and ArgoCD GitOps is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

• Azure Networking: Knowledge of Azure networking components and configurations.
• Databricks: Experience managing and optimizing Databricks environments.
• Additional Technologies: Familiarity with Java, NodeJs, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• DevSecOps Practices: Understanding of security best practices in DevOps environments.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3-4 years in a DevOps role, preferably in Investment Banking or a related industry.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD GitOps.
• Azure Skills: Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• CI/CD and Automation: Proficiency in CI/CD tools and automation scripting.
• Observability: Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
