Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Admin to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a DevOps Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing our software systems, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the design, testing, and deployment of robust software systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Systems Design:
  • Utilize multiple software systems design tools and languages to create efficient, scalable, and robust systems.
  • Develop and implement design strategies for software systems running on various platform types.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving:
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within software systems.
• Testing and Debugging:
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans, debugging procedures, and testing scripts and tools.
  • Ensure high-quality software system performance through meticulous testing methodologies.
• Communication:
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at management levels.
• Version Control:
  • Proficiently use git and git workflows for version control and collaboration.
• Programming Skills:
  • Possess good knowledge of Ruby or Python for scripting and automation purposes.
• Linux and Ansible:
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of Linux systems and Ansible playbooks for configuration management and deployment.
• Database Management:
  • Have working knowledge of databases and SQL for data management and integration tasks.
• Cloud Platforms:
  • Understand and manage Private, Public, and Hybrid cloud platforms for hosting and deployment.
• Containerization:
  • Apply intermediate knowledge of containerization technologies for software deployment and scaling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or a related role.
• Proven expertise in software systems design, tools, and languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and the local language.
• Proficiency with git and git workflows.
• Good knowledge of Ruby or Python.
• Expert knowledge of Linux and Ansible playbooks.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Understanding of Private, Public, and Hybrid cloud platforms.
• Intermediate knowledge of containerization technologies.
