Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a contractual role suited for professionals who are immediately available to bring their expertise in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to our innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure DevOps Management:
- Design, implement, and manage robust Azure DevOps environments.
- Integrate Azure services to support development and deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure DevOps services.
- Kubernetes Administration:
- Deploy, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of Kubernetes-based applications.
- Develop and implement Kubernetes best practices and security measures.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automate deployment processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Provide support and training to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
- Document processes, configurations, and workflows clearly and comprehensively.
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify areas for performance improvement in the DevOps lifecycle.
- Implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of deployments.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in DevOps roles.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps, including designing and managing pipelines.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms beyond Azure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization.
