Azure DevOps Developer | Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Developer to join our team for a USA-based project. This remote position requires working on the USA shift time (EST). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure DevOps, Git, and production support. They will play a critical role in coordinating and managing various aspects of our DevOps processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting analytics workloads.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Git:
  • Expertise in managing Azure DevOps pipelines and repositories.
  • Strong knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration.
• Weekly CAB Ticket Collection and Coordination:
  • Collecting Change Advisory Board (CAB) tickets on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing and approval.
• eCAB Ticket Preparation and Coordination:
  • Preparing emergency CAB (eCAB) tickets as needed.
  • Ensuring proper coordination and documentation for emergency changes.
• Offshore Lead Production Support:
  • Acting as the lead for offshore production support activities.
  • Overseeing production support tasks and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Production Support Conformation and Compliance Oversight:
  • Ensuring production support activities conform to compliance requirements.
  • Overseeing compliance measures and protocols.
• Main Contact for Enhancement Ticket Requests:
  • Serving as the primary contact for enhancement ticket requests.
  • Converting enhancement requests into Jira stories for tracking and implementation.
• Release Management Coordinator:
  • Coordinating release management processes.
  • Ensuring smooth and timely releases of software updates.
• Tier-2 Support Investigations:
  • Handling all Tier-2 support investigations.
  • Relieving Data Engineers from production support tasks to focus on core activities.
• Data Integrity Control Administration:
  • Administering and maintaining data integrity controls.
  • Ensuring accurate and reliable data management.
• RightData/Data Trust Application Support:
  • Providing support for RightData and Data Trust applications.
  • Ensuring application stability and reliability.
• Snowflake Job Monitoring and Support:
  • Monitoring and supporting Snowflake jobs.
  • Ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues promptly.
• Expanded Support for Analytics Workloads:
  • Providing extended support for analytics workloads outside of Data Products.
  • Supporting Data Science and Reporting activities.
