Job Description
- Engage regularly with delivery teams to understand the contractual commitments, client expectations, current status and challenges in projects
- Conduct an independent review of engagement(s) and provide early alerts on potential risks or issues and potential mitigation actions
- Ensure M-review cadence for engagements is implemented, help Engagement Manager preparefor the same. Provide relevant inputs to MDR meetings on Red/Amber projects.
- Coach the delivery teams on Capgemini delivery ways of working and best practices/ tools duringproject start-up, execution and close-down phases of an engagement.
Primary Skills
- Engage with the delivery teams to perform continuous improvement actions as such as failure mode or root cause analysis, requirements stability index etc.
- Help teams manage delivery using appropriate metrics capture and review.
- In case of engagement recovery, provide additional focus and support to work on the Go-to-Green
- plan and help the delivery teams track these actions to closure and bring project back to green
Secondary Skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills w.r.t. project delivery
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Has a basic understanding of delivery processes and tools being used within FS SBU.
- Understanding of Capgemini delivery methods (UPM, USM, Agile), best practices (S2DH, RapidStart) and tools (e-Monitoring, Clarity) will be a plus
