Short Description

We are looking to hire Manual Testers where candidates must have banking domain/projects experience. Or experience in card or wealth projects. This is a permanent role with Capgemini and you will work alongside one of our top banking client.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in designing/developing test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the system development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Relevant experience with the tools used for test management and defect tracking.
• Able to work well both independently as well as in a team.
• ISTQB/ISEB test certification is an advantage.
• Experience in micro-payment or Automatic Fare Collection systems using Smart Cards is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end testing activities of an integrated e-payment system.
• Carry out the activities in the testing lifecycle including test planning, analyzing business and system requirements.
• Design and develop test cases or test procedures based on system requirements and design.
• Create traceability to requirements, analysing gaps and addressing them.
• Conduct test execution with internal and external stakeholders and support in ensuring requirements are satisfied.
• Perform root cause analysis for production and user acceptance defects, addressing test gaps to ensure test efficiency.
