Best Headphones for your interviewSummary: As a User Trial Test Engineer at vivo Mobile India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and usability of our new upcoming projects through user trials. You will be responsible for conducting user trials, identifying and tracking issues, and optimizing test cases for automation. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience, preferably with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering. Strong expertise in Appium with Java is required for this role.

- Conduct User Trials: Plan and execute user trials for new upcoming projects, ensuring that the application functionalities align with user requirements.
- Issue Judgement and Tracking: Efficiently identify, track, and document issues encountered during the user trials, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
- Test Case Optimization: Analyze user scenarios and transform them into test scripts for automation, optimizing test cases for enhanced coverage and efficiency.
- User Assistance: Provide support and assistance to users during the trials, addressing their queries and feedback to gather valuable insights.
- Device Management: Manage user trial devices, including arrangement, preparation, distribution, and collection of devices, ensuring they are properly configured for trials.
Key Skills:
- Appium with Java: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Appium and Java, using these tools for automated testing of mobile applications.
- Electronics and Communication Knowledge: Good understanding of Electronics and Communication principles and networks to effectively test mobile devices’ functionality.
- SDLC and STLC: Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and bug life cycle to collaborate effectively with the development team.
- Manual Testing: Familiarity with manual testing practices and methodologies to complement the automated testing efforts.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documenting test cases, tracking issues, and creating reports.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Appium with Java.
- Strong understanding of Electronics and Communication concepts and networks.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC, STLC, bug life cycle, and manual testing.
