Job Summary: As a TestComplete/Python Automation Engineer at Hexaware Technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing. With a focus on TestComplete and Python, you will create and execute test plans, develop automation frameworks, and review test cases. Your expertise in TestComplete and Python will be essential in designing, customizing, and maintaining automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong command of Python, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work as a team player.

- Test Automation: Utilize TestComplete with Python for at least 5 years to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for software applications.
- Automation Framework: Create and customize automation frameworks from scratch to meet project requirements and improve overall testing efficiency.
- Python Expertise: Demonstrate good working knowledge of Python and utilize it effectively for test automation.
- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and schedules to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Manual Testing: Participate in manual testing activities and review test cases for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3.5 to 6 years of experience in TestComplete with Python for test automation.
- Technical Skills: Strong command over TestComplete with Python, and good working knowledge of Python programming language.
- Test Planning: Proven experience in creating test plans, test strategies, and schedules.
- Automation Frameworks: Knowledge of different automation frameworks and the ability to customize them to project needs.
- Manual Testing: Familiarity with manual testing processes and reviewing test cases for accuracy.
- Windows Application Testing: Experience in automating Windows applications will be an added advantage.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to testing and defect reporting.
