We are looking for a Software Tester with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing, automation testing using Selenium, and a passion for ensuring the quality of software applications. - Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases to identify and report defects in software applications.
- Automation Testing: Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or similar tools.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with the development team to create test plans and test cases.
- Defect Tracking: Document and track defects, providing detailed information to assist developers in issue resolution.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression tests to ensure that code changes do not introduce new issues.
- Performance Testing: Assist in performance testing activities to evaluate application performance and scalability.
- Test Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate testing progress to project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software testing.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with test automation tools, particularly Selenium.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
