Responsibilities of the Candidate:

As a Software Tester at FIS Global, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and security of our software applications. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of software testing, including manual and automated testing. Here are the key responsibilities:

Develop, Maintain, and Upgrade Test Scripts: You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and upgrading both manual and automated test scripts. These scripts are essential for executing comprehensive test plans.
Test Tools Development: Develop programmatic test tools, utilities, simulators, and data sets that are required to execute test plans effectively. These tools and utilities contribute to the automation and efficiency of the testing process.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to evaluate the overall user experience of our software applications. Ensure that the software is user-friendly, intuitive, and meets user expectations.
System Performance Testing: Perform testing to assess the total system performance, including scalability and reliability. Identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
Security Testing: Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats. Ensure that the software is secure and compliant with security best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure that testing aligns with development efforts. Work collaboratively to resolve issues and defects.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
Strong scripting and programming skills for developing and maintaining test scripts and test tools.

Knowledge of security testing practices to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
