Position: Senior Test Automation Testing

Location: Work from Office – Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated testing strategies, frameworks, and scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test objectives, test plans, and test cases for various software applications.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.
• Perform regression testing, data validation, and integration testing to ensure the overall quality of the software.
• Identify and report defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams for necessary improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide recommendations for improving the testability, scalability, and maintainability of software applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation testing, data science, AI, and data analytics.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide accurate estimates, status updates, and deliver high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Solid understanding of data science, AI, and data analytics concepts and their application in testing.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for developing automated test scripts.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Certifications in software testing or automation (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, Selenium WebDriver) will be a plus.
