As a Senior QA Engineer specializing in automation testing at We Rubiscape, you will be a crucial part of our team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

1. Test Automation: Leverage your 3 to 5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
2. Automation Frameworks: Build and enhance test automation frameworks to support the testing needs of our software products.
3. Test Case Development: Collaborate closely with the development and QA teams to create comprehensive and well-structured test cases that align with project requirements.
4. Test Execution: Execute automated test suites to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure the overall quality of software applications.
5. Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure the stability of our software.
6. Defect Management: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation. Implement improvements to our testing processes and frameworks.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to identify system requirements and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience: You should have a proven track record in automation testing, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Automation Expertise: Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, including the ability to design and develop automated test scripts.
- Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or similar languages commonly used in automation testing.
- Test Frameworks: Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and experience in building or customizing them.
- Bug Tracking: Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) to efficiently manage and report defects.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Analytical Skills: Effective problem-solving skills to identify defects and root causes and communicate findings to the development team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
