Senior Automation Engineer | Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai | 4-6 Years

Job Description:

LTIMINDTREE is hiring a Senior Automation Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing using Selenium and Java, along with additional skills in API testing tools like GraphQL and Insomnia. Experience with Katalon Studio and testing across various browsers and devices will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Utilize GraphQL, Insomnia, and other API testing tools to ensure robustness of APIs.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using industry-standard tooling (e.g., Browserstack).
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks as per project needs.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution activities.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of defects.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience as an Automation Test Engineer.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java for web application automation.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL, Insomnia, and API testing tools.
• Familiarity with Katalon Studio is a plus.
• Experience in testing across multiple browsers and devices using Browserstack or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Must Have Skillset:

• Automation Test Engineer with proficiency in Selenium and Java.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Katalon Studio.
• Strong experience using GraphQL, Insomnia, and any API testing tools.
• Experience in testing across multiple browsers and devices (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet) using tools like Browserstack.
