Position: SDET (JAVA OR Python)
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Gurgaon
UnifyTech, a leading technology solutions provider, is currently seeking talented SDET professionals with expertise in Java or Python programming. We have multiple openings for this position at our Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Gurgaon locations. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in software development, testing, and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test strategy.
- Design and develop robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Java or Python.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code for test scripts and test automation tools.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of software applications.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
- Continuously improve test coverage, test efficiency, and test effectiveness through automation.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in software testing, test automation, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 12 years of experience in software development, testing, and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python programming languages.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work at any of the specified locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, or Gurgaon.
