Position: RPA – UiPath with .Net/Python/VBA Professionals

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath platform, integrating with .Net, Python, or VBA programming languages.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define automation objectives.
- Develop and implement automation workflows, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
- Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Provide support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in RPA technologies, UiPath platform, and .Net/Python/VBA programming languages.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective automation solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements and identify areas for optimization within the RPA implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3.6+ years of experience in RPA, specifically with UiPath.
- Strong programming skills in .Net, Python, or VBA, with experience in integrating them with UiPath.
- Proficient in designing and developing automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Familiarity with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools and integration in RPA solutions is a plus.
- Experience with data manipulation, data extraction, and data integration using RPA tools.
- Understanding of RPA best practices and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
