1. QA Strategy and Planning: Define and implement the overall QA strategy, aligning it with the organization’s goals and objectives.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their career growth.
3. Test Automation: Utilize your expertise in Automation Testing and proficiency in Java and Selenium to drive test automation efforts and increase testing efficiency.

10. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality risks, ensuring that all critical issues are addressed in a timely manner.
11. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team, driving innovation and efficiency gains.
12. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the QA team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
2. Extensive experience in Automation Testing, with proficiency in Java and Selenium.
3. Strong knowledge of Database testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
4. Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing QA teams.
5. Excellent understanding of QA processes and best practices.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Demonstrated ability to define and implement QA strategies aligned with business objectives.
9. Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools.
