Job Description: Revclerx is on the lookout for passionate Quality Analysts who are dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in validating the functionality and performance of our products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying your expertise in manual testing and automation, you will contribute to delivering seamless user experiences.

- Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Execute testing at all levels, including System, Integration, and Regression testing.
- Design and develop automation scripts when necessary to enhance testing efficiency.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Provide timely solutions to identified issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
- Provide support and document testing processes and results for seamless transitions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Job Specifications:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid background in quality assurance and testing.
- Knowledge of automation testing will be preferred, showcasing your ability to automate testing processes for efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, emphasizing your academic foundation.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, highlighting your adaptability and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and communicate defects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex information clearly.
- Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards in software products.
