Role Overview: As a QA Specialist – Test Strategy & Automation, you will be an integral part of our Quality Assurance team, contributing to the excellence of our games through strategic testing, data-driven insights, and robust automation practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality games that meet player expectations.

- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for various game components and features. Collaborate with development teams to define testing scope, objectives, and methodologies, ensuring complete coverage of functionality and performance.
- Reporting & Insights: Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed test documentation, defect reports, and performance metrics. Collaborate with teams to continuously improve processes and optimize testing efficiency.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions on testing priorities and areas of focus. Leverage testing metrics to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement, contributing to the enhancement of product quality.
- Automation Testing: Lead and contribute to the development of automated test scripts and frameworks. Implement automation strategies to enhance testing coverage, reduce manual effort, and expedite regression testing cycles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment on quality goals and strategies. Participate in design and code reviews, providing valuable QA insights.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and testing. Identify opportunities to implement new tools and methodologies that enhance testing processes and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for scripting automated tests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide valuable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of the gaming industry is a plus.
